Become a Teacher on BOWER
BOWER connects educators with families who want small-group learning pods. A pod is typically three to eight children, and families decide the size. You choose the subject, the schedule, and the rate.
Each educator sets their own rate. The price families see includes BOWER's 20% fee, and educators receive 80% of each payment, minus Stripe's card processing fee. Joining is free, and you don't need a subscription to teach.
Educator profiles are reviewed by hand before they go live.
BOWER is nationwide, so families anywhere in the country can find your profile.
How it works
- Create a profile that describes what you teach.
- List your classes: private tutoring, a weekly series, or a seasonal pod.
- Families find you, book, and pay through BOWER.
- You receive 80% of each payment, minus Stripe's card processing fee.
