Meet Our Educators

Alizah is a California Teaching Credentialed educator specializing in early childhood education with exceptional skill in social-emotional learning. She navigates complex social conflicts between children with grace, love, and repair, and balances rigorous academics with a lighthearted approach. Under her leadership, children accelerate academically and develop a genuine love of learning. Alizah offers both private tutoring ($100/hour) and full pod academic education — a three-day-per-week, five-hour-per-day immersive program ($6,500/month).

Anna brings nearly a decade of Mandarin teaching experience and a formal education in early childhood development. She holds a Bachelor of Preschool Education from Ludong University in Yantai, China, along with an International Certification as a Chinese Language Teacher. Her classes weave language learning together with cultural storytelling, art, movement, and hands-on activities — creating an immersive experience where children absorb Mandarin naturally through play and curiosity. Anna teaches private and group sessions for all ages, both in-person and online, and tailors every class to the size, ages, and levels of her students.

Created by a mom for her own children, this pod was born from a desire to slow childhood down and create something more connected, human, and meaningful. I wanted a place where children are truly seen, learning is guided by curiosity, and nature, creativity, and play form the foundation of each day. This pod reflects the kind of childhood I want for my own children, one filled with time outdoors, gentle academics, music, language, exploration, and real connection. A small, home like community where children are known deeply, grow confidently, and are free to simply be children.

Sarah is a pediatric integrative nutritionist, chef, and founder of Radiant Little Roots. She teaches children to cook nourishing meals while exploring seasonal foods, simple herbal wisdom, nature, and the joy of food as art and medicine.
